Our history

The concept for the business was delivered in 2012 and was driven by the commitment to address how the public sector bought and managed complex services. We recognised that the technology market was limited and set about to change how the sector thought about technology as a way of improving how individual services were managed and procured.

In 2014 we became adam; this was to reflect the fact that we aren’t just a technology provider, we are in the people business.

Fast forward to now and we are still on that journey, albeit with great success over recent years. We currently work with over 60 public bodies, manage more than £1billion of spend through our solutions, and have helped support hundreds of thousands of people.
