The Challenge

The demand for temporary accommodation outweighs supply, particularly in crowded towns and cities. It can be a struggle getting individuals into properties that are safe and fit for purpose. As a result, there’s a growing reliance on nightly paid accommodation. Providers can hold the balance of power because options are limited and booking processes are inefficient. adam‘s bespoke housing management solution has been built in close partnership with local authorities and people dealing with accommodation issues on a day-to-day basis. Since 2015, we have supported five local authorities to commission temporary accommodation more effectively through adam. To date, a total of £340 million of spend has been managed by adam.
