What do we do?

With a fully-staffed support team, we are on hand to answer any and all queries from local authorities and service suppliers. We operate between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Our dedicated Account Managers are trained to assist you with any administrative aspects of the end-to-end commissioning process. If anything isn’t working as it should be, we are quick to identify and resolve the problem for you - and we’ll keep you up to date to minimise any disruption.

We believe that face to face communication is vital to maintaining a good relationship with our clients. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will make regular visits so you can go through any operational issues you might have. We do this to provide a tailored experience and ensure you get the most out of the technology.

To deliver the best results from the adam solutions, we’ll advise and guide you on ways to be even more effective with your buying processes.
