What do we do?

Tailor our training – adam delivers several different systems across a wide range of sectors, so there is no “one size fits all” approach. All our new clients (along with their provider base) will receive bespoke training that is fully customised to their own system set-up. We carry out a full scoping and planning process to understand the needs of each client before rolling out training. Importantly, we strive to understand their current and future processes in order to best utilise the adam system.

Making our training holistic – Good training goes beyond the “how to” - it improves confidence, establishes processes, and provides a space for any queries or concerns. All our training allows for questions and open discussions, including a range of system “top tips”.

Providing flexible training solutions – Our “live” training sessions can be provided face-to-face or via interactive webinars. Sessions are always supported by a range of training collateral, from one-page snapshots explaining specific parts of the system, to thorough videos, and step-by-step guidance documents.

Who is the training for?

New system users

As part of the implementation of our technology, new users will receive system training which includes the following:

  • Bespoke training for users within the client organisation, held over online meetings to facilitate discussion. These include a full overview of the system functionality, including top tips and tailored advice.
  • Training for new and existing providers is held in the form of webinars. These include an overview of system functionality with the opportunity for Q&A.
  • Training guides outlining the unique system use for both client and provider users, along with access to session recordings.

Existing system users

All system users have ongoing access to our help tab, which includes a store of bespoke and general system guides and videos.
